Melissa Cook Rarick

Melissa has been in school counseling for 8 years and higher education and student affairs prior to that. During her tenure in school counseling, she helped her school counseling program achieve the Gold Star Counseling award as well as helping her school earn the National Blue Ribbon Award as an Exemplary High Performing school which includes graduation rate and student performance on state and national tests. She has served as a counselor leader the last four years and is currently the Counseling Coordinator for Noblesville Schools, supporting the school counselors across all grade levels in the district. Melissa is a member of ISCA and ASCA, and is part of the Comprehensive School Counseling and Counselor Leader tactic teams with CounselorConnect.
