    Melissa has 14 years of experience in school counseling and higher education. During her tenure in school counseling, she helped her school counseling programs achieve the Gold Star Counseling Award, the Lilly Comprehensive Counseling Initiative Grant, and the Project AWARE Grant. She has served as a counselor leader the last six years and is currently the Director of Counseling for North Central High School, overseeing a department of counselors, social workers, and support staff. Melissa is a member of ISCA and ASCA and is part of the Student Services Leadership tactic team with Counselor Connect.
